Warehouse Administrator - Great Yarmouth


At Aquaterra Energy we specialise in providing engineering solutions and equipment to the global offshore energy industry – helping clients drive efficient and sustainable offshore operations from drilling and field development, to decommissioning, carbon capture and storage, renewable, and hydrogen projects.

We’re looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our expanding Operations department. You’ll support our Operations manager helping to drive efficient ways of working and improved administration


  • Carry out Procurement operations for the warehouse facility
  • Booking goods into the warehouse/PO system
  • Stock check, procurement and issuing of PPE
  • Carry out Transport bookings for equipment – UK
  • Carry out travel bookings for staff
  • Waste segregation bookings
  • Input into ESG data
  • Filing electronic and hard copy documents
  • Carry out weekly/monthly checks of the fire alarm system, first aid boxes etc
  • Update tool/equipment database where required
  • Answering overflow reception calls
  • General admin duties

About You:

  • Excellent written English and Maths
  • IT skills
