I joined Aquaterra Energy in 2011 and have built my career within the business, progressing from an administrative role to Operations Manager. Throughout my time here, I have been supported in developing both professionally and personally, completing qualifications in areas including CIPD, CIPS, ILM, NEBOSH and Process Management. Having worked in the offshore industry throughout my career, Aquaterra’s reputation for investing in its people, maintaining high standards and delivering innovative solutions made it an organisation I was proud to join.
Today, my role focuses on planning and resource management, as well as compliance and safety monitoring across the business. What I enjoy most is the variety that each day brings. No two days are the same, and I enjoy balancing operational responsibilities, problem-solving and collaborating with different teams to achieve the best outcomes. One of the things that stands out most about Aquaterra is the people. Everyone is approachable, supportive and committed to working together to deliver success.
One of my proudest achievements has been the opportunity to grow within the organisation, developing from an administrative position into a management role through a combination of hard work, learning and professional development. Outside of work, I enjoy crafting and exploring different creative hobbies, from designing handmade cards to watercolour painting. It provides a great creative outlet and a chance to focus on something completely different from my day-to-day role.
