Ginny joined Aquaterra Energy as Director of Human Resources in November 2020. Degree qualified through the CIPD, Ginny brings over 25 years of experience leading HR functions for a range of culturally diverse companies, from multinational pharmaceutical businesses to field-based SMEs.
Ginny started her HR career working for SmithKline Beecham supporting corporate and commercial functions both in the UK and the US. After returning to the UK Ginny took a step away from HR to become Director of Sales and Marketing for Quest Diagnostics PLC before returning to HR to head up the people function at a Norfolk based medical devices company.
Ginny has worked with and supported many management teams and is a passionate advocate for personnel development through mentoring and coaching.
Ginny is our industrial liaison officer for IMechE, ICE and represents Aquaterra at ECITB events and meetings.
