Ginny joined Aquaterra Energy as Director of Human Resources in November 2020. Degree qualified through the CIPD Ginny brings over 25 years of experience leading HR functions for a range of culturally diverse companies, from multinational pharmaceutical businesses to field-based SMEs.
Ginny started her HR career working for SmithKline Beecham supporting corporate and commercial functions both in the UK and the US. After returning to the UK Ginny took a step away from HR to become Director of Sales and Marketing for Quest Diagnostics plc before returning to HR to head up the people function at a Norfolk based medical devices company. Whilst taking time away from the corporate world to raise her family, Ginny worked through her own consultancy company offering support and advice to public sector organisations focusing on policy creation and recruitment.
Ginny has worked with and supported many management teams and is a passionate advocate for personnel development through mentoring and coaching.
Ginny is our industrial liaison officer for IMechE, ICE and a number of local schools and colleges.
