Simon is the QHSE and Sustainability Director at Aquaterra Energy and has been with the company since 2014. He is responsible for the development of our QHSE & Sustainability strategies for our global sites and operations.
He is a Masters qualified, Chartered Fellow of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), also holding a Diploma in Environmental Management. In addition, an IRCA Lead Auditor with approaching 20 years’ experience in leading QHSE within global operations.
He began his career within the manufacturing industry before joining the Marine Industry in 2012, where he worked with ships providing geophysical, geotechnical, and environmental surveys for offshore oil and gas and windfarm projects worldwide. His experience spans the North Sea, Africa, Australia, and North and South America.
Simon joined the Board of Trustees for IOSH (Chartered Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) in 2019.
