Aquaterra Energy has appointed Steve Way as its new Human Resources Manager responsible for the development and delivery of the HR strategy based at the company’s headquarters in Norwich.

With a long employment history in HR roles, Way is well equipped to support Directors, Senior Management and staff across Aquaterra Energy’s global offices.

Way joined Aquaterra Energy from the Anglian Group, where he was the HR Manger for its Retail Operations and Retail Sales Divisions in the UK.  Prior to this, he was an HR Consultant with the RBS Group for many years, working with NatWest and Virgin One in East Anglia and London. He has significant experience in recruitment, staff development, organisational design and employment law.

Patrick Phelan, Managing Director of Aquaterra Energy, said: “Steve has important expertise in delivery of HR advice and supporting projects across HR services to achieve organisational and business goals.  Steve will be supporting our business growth and development across our offices in Aberdeen, Cambridge, Kuala Lumpur, Norwich and Stavanger.”

He is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development (MCIPD) and also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB).
